Here in Greater Des Moines, it's easy to be a kid. Whether your idea of family fun is a skate park, a smash park, a theme park, or a real park, Des Moines is the perfect escape, no matter if you're young or just young at heart.
Gee, what could be more fun than spring break with the kids? Here's a list of things you can do with the rugrats for free, and they're fun, too.
The outside park is totally free to check out every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

There will be a timed egg scramble for kids ages 10 and under, enjoyable art activities, a kids play zone, live trainee musical, dance efficiencies, a community walking at 10:30 a.m. and more.
